It is a normativeannex to Guidelin
20、e 0-2005, but is not applicable to any Supple-mentary Technical Guidelines. The purpose of Annex A is toprovide the recommended format and content for the TotalBuilding Commissioning Process supporting technical guide-lines. Since the Commissioning Plancontains
42、 the results of the process, it can be considered a livingdocument where the results are added throughout the process.Therefore, to simplify the upkeep of the document, the basicprocess and procedures to be followed throughout the projectare detailed in the main body of the Commissioning Plan. Thema
43、terials and information that are developed during thecommissioning process are included in the appendices.This Commissioning Plan has been specifically devel-oped for the ASHRAE Headquarters Facility project. Theprocess and procedures in this Commissioning Plan have beenspecifically tailored to this
