ASHRAE Guideline 1.1-2007 19INDEX TO ANNEXES Annex AGuide for DevelopingSupplementary Technical Guidelines for the Commissioning Process. Annex A is part of ASHRAE Guideline 0. It is a normativeannex to Guidelin

20、e 0-2005, but is not applicable to any Supple-mentary Technical Guidelines. The purpose of Annex A is toprovide the recommended format and content for the TotalBuilding Commissioning Process supporting technical guide-lines. Annex A in Guideline 0 describes a uniform sequence ofAnnexes for all Suppo

21、rting and Technical CommissioningProcess Guidelines. In general, when a specific Annex topic does not requireadditional information to support Guideline 0, it will be leftblank and it will be noted either that the annex is non-appli-cable, that the Guideline 0 Annex is also applicable to thisguideli

22、ne, or that additional information is not required. Auniform labeling of all Annexes in all Guidelines is requiredwhen complying with Guideline 0-2005, Annex A. This is thereason for labeling some annexes as not applying. For exam-ple, this will assure that Annex G always contains informationon the

23、Commissioning Plan. Annex BCommissioning Process Flowchart Refer to ASHRAE Guideline 0. Annex B is an informativeannex to Guideline 0, and additional information is notrequired for this guideline. The purpose of Annex B(ASHRAE Guideline 0) is to provide an illustration of thegeneral flow of the comm

24、issioning process. Annex CCost and Benefits of theCommissioning Process Refer to ASHRAE Guideline 0-2005. Annex C is an infor-mative annex to Guideline 0, and is also applicable to thisguideline. The purpose of Annex C is to provide a context forthe application of the commissioning process.Annex DCo

It is not intended to be a comprehen-sive representation or a best practice example. Practitionersapplying the C

33、ommissioning Process should carefully followGuideline 0, Guideline 1.1, and other applicable commission-ing technical guidelines tailored to their specific projects. Anexample of another technical guideline is NIBS Guideline 3-2006, Exterior Envelope Technical Requirements for theCommissioning Proce

34、ss. This example Commissioning Plan is for a fictitious NewASHRAE Headquarters and is based upon information fromother commissioning process projects. It is not related to anyactual project. The Commissioning Plan is an essential document to planand carry out the commissioning process. It provides a

35、llprocess participants with an understanding of commissioningprincipals and how to apply them. 41、 Review 29Appendix T Lessons Learned 29COMMISSIONING PLAN OVERVIEWThe purpose of the Commissioning Plan is to provide aclear and concise roadmap for the implementation of thecommissioning process and to provide a record of the resultsof the commissioning process. Since the Commissioning Plancontains

42、 the results of the process, it can be considered a livingdocument where the results are added throughout the process.Therefore, to simplify the upkeep of the document, the basicprocess and procedures to be followed throughout the projectare detailed in the main body of the Commissioning Plan. Thema

43、terials and information that are developed during thecommissioning process are included in the appendices.This Commissioning Plan has been specifically devel-oped for the ASHRAE Headquarters Facility project. Theprocess and procedures in this Commissioning Plan have beenspecifically tailored to this

44、 project.As mentioned above, the structure of this CommissioningPlan is the main body and the appendices. The specificsections include:ASHRAE Guideline 1.1-2007 21Commissioning Process Description: This section pro-vides an overview of the tasks being accomplished dur-ing the commissioning process.
