Scope1.1 This specification covers welded UNS N08120, UNSN08800, UNS N08810 and UNS N088112alloy boiler, he

3、atexchanger, and condenser tubes for general corrosion resistingand low or high-temperature service.1.2 This specification covers tubes18 to 5 in. (3.18 to 127mm), inclusive, in outside diameter and 0.015 to 0.500 in. (0.38to 12.70 mm), inclusive, in wall thickness. Table 2 of Specifi-cation B751 li

4、sts the dimensional requirements of these sizes.Tubes having other dimensions may be furnished providedsuch tubing complies with all other requirements of thisspecification.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematicalconver

Ordering Information3.1 Orders for material to this specification should includethe following information:3.1.1 Quantity (feet or number of lengths),3.1.2 UNS Number,3.1.3 Size (outside diameter minimum or average wallthickness),3.1

8、.4 Length (random or specific),3.1.5 Class,3.1.6 ASTM Designation,3.1.7 Product AnalysisState if required,3.1.8 CertificationState if a certification or a report of testresults is required, and3.1.9 Purchaser InspectionState which tests or inspec-tions are to be witnessed, if any.4. Materials and Ma

9、nufacture4.1 Tube shall be made from flat-rolled alloy by an auto-matic welding process with no addition or filler metal. Subse-quent to welding and prior to final annealing, the material shallbe cold-worked in either the weld metal only or both weld andbase metal.4.2 Tube shall be furnished with ox

10、ide removed. Whenbright annealing is used, descaling is not necessary.5. Chemical Composition5.1 The material shall conform to the composition limitsspecified in Table 1. One test is required for each lot as definedin Specification B751.5.2 If a product analysis is performed, it shall meet thechemis

11、try limits prescribed in Table 1, subject to the analysistolerances specified in Table 6 of Specification B751.6. Mechanical and Other Properties6.1 Mechanical PropertiesThe material shall conform tothe mechanical property requirements specified in Table 2. Onetest is required for each lot as define
