Unless otherwise agreedbetween manufacturer and purchaser, a lot shall be limited tothe product of an 8 h period for final continuous anneal, or toa single furnace load for final batch anneal.3.2.2 Forms:3.2.2.1 bar, na hot rolled

Chemical Composition7.1 The material shall conform to the requirements as tochemical composition prescribed in
16、 Table 3.7.2 The manufacturers ingot analysis shall be consideredthe chemical analysis for bar and wire, except for hydrogen andnitrogen, which shall be determined on the finished product.7.3 When requested by the purchaser and stated in thepurchase order, a product analysis for any elements listed
17、inTable 3 shall be made on the finished product.7.3.1 The manufacturers analysis shall be considered asverified if the check analysis confirms the manufacturersreported values within the tolerances prescribed in Table 4.8. Mechanical Properties8.1 The annealed material shall conform to the requireme
18、ntsfor mechanical properties, at room temperature, as prescribedin Table 5. Wire supplied for welding applications shall befurnished with a temper suitable for uniform feeding insemiautomatic or automatic welding equipment.9. 44、eded, the cross-head speed may be increased to approxi-mately 0.05 in./in. mm/mm/min to failure.13.2 Chemical TestsThe chemical analyses shall be con-ducted by the standard techniques normally used by themanufacturer.14. Inspection14.1 The manufacturer shall inspect the material covered bythis speci
45、fication prior to shipment. If so specified in thepurchase order, the purchaser or his representative may witnessthe testing and inspection of the material at the place ofmanufacture. In such cases the purchaser shall state in hispurchase order which tests he desires to witness. The manu-facturer sh
46、all give ample notice to the purchaser as to the timeand place of the designated tests. If the purchasers represen-tative does not present himself at the time agreed upon for thetesting, the manufacturer shall consider the requirement forpurchasers inspection at the place of manufacture to bewaived.
47、14.2 The manufacturer shall afford the inspector represent-ing the purchaser, without charge, all reasonable facilities tosatisfy him that the material is being furnished in accordancewith this specification. This inspection shall be so conducted asnot to interfere unnecessarily with the operation o
48、f the works.15. Rejection15.1 Rejection for failure of the material to meet therequirements of this specification shall be reported to themanufacturer. Unless otherwise specified, rejected materialmay be returned to the manufacturer at the manufacturersexpense, unless the purchaser receives, within three weeks ofthe notice of rejection, other instructions for disposition.16. Certification16.1 A producer or supplier shall furnish the purchaser witha certificate that the material was manufactured, sampled,tested, and inspected in accordance with this specification andhas
