Hydrostatic Test or Non-Destructive Electric Test8.1 Each pipe or tube shall be tested by the manufactur
30、er byeither hydrostatic or a non-destructive electric test in accor-dance with Specification B829. Hydrostatic testing at a pres-sure greater than 1000 psi may be performed upon agreementbetween the purchaser and manufacturer or at the option of themanufacturer provided that the allowable fiber stre
