7、 Information3.1 Orders for material to this specification should includethe following information:3.1.1 Quantity (feet or number of lengths),3.1.2 UNS number,3.1.3 Size (outsize diameter, minimum or average wallthickness),3.1.4 Length (random or specific),3.1.5 Class, and3.1.6 Grade if UNS N06625 is

If neither grade ofN06625 is specified, grade 1 will be supplied.3.1.7 ASTM designation.3.1.8 Product AnalysisState if required.3.1.9 CertificationState if a certification or a report of testresults is required.3.1.10 Purchaser InspectionState which tests or inspec-tions are to be witnes
9、sed, if any.4. Materials and Manufacture4.1 Tube shall be made from flat-rolled alloy by an auto-matic welding process with no addition or filler metal. Subse-quent to welding and prior to final annealing, the material shallbe cold-worked in either the weld metal only or both weld andbase metal.4.2
10、Tube shall be furnished with oxide removed. Whenbright annealing is used, descaling is not necessary.5. Chemical Composition5.1 The material shall conform to the composition limitsspecified in Table 1. One test is required for each lot as definedin Specification B 751.5.2 If a product analysis is pe
11、rformed, it shall meet thechemistry limits prescribed in Table 1, subject to the analysistolerances of Specification B 751.6. Mechanical and Other Properties6.1 Mechanical PropertiesThe material shall conform tothe mechanical property requirements specified in Table 2. Onetest is required for each l
12、ot as defined in Specification B 751.6.2 Flattening TestA flattening test shall be made on eachend of one tube per lot. Superficial ruptures resulting fromsurface imperfections shall not be cause for rejection.6.3 Flange TestA flange test shall be made on each end ofone tube per lot.6.4 Nondestructi
