20、ination.6. Chemical Composition6.1 LimitsThe alloys shall conform to the requirements asto chemical composition prescribed in Table 1. Conformanceshall be determined by the producer by analyzing samplestaken at the time ingots are made. If the producer hasdetermined the chemical composition of the m

Analytical Methods8.1 Method of AnalysisThe determination of chemicalcomposition shall be made in accordance wit
22、h ICP argonplasma spectrometric (Test Method E1277) or other methods(including spectrochemical methods ISO 3815-1 orISO 3815-2. In case of dispute, the results secured by TestMethod E1277 shall be the basis of acceptance.8.2 A standard practice for X-ray fluorescence spectrometryfor determination of
23、 cerium and lanthanum in a zinc-5 %aluminum alloy has been established by the International LeadZinc Research Organization (Standard Practice GF-1). 24、jection and Rehearing10.1 Material that fails to conform to the requirements ofthis specification may be rejected. Rejection should be reportedto the producer or supplier promptly and in writing.
