Asuperscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This specification covers nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-tungsten alloy UNS N06920

3、in the form of rolledplate, sheet, and strip for general corrosion service.1.2 The following products are covered under this specifi-cation:1.2.1 Sheet and StripHot or cold rolled, annealed anddescaled unless solution-annealing is performed in an atmo-sphere yielding a bright finish; and1.2.2 PlateH

4、ot rolled, solution-annealed, and descaled.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard. General Requirements4.1 Materials furnished under this specification shall con-form to the applicable requirements of Specification B906unless otherwi

Ordering Information5.1 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to specify allrequirements that are necessary for the safe and satisfactoryperformance of material ordered to this specification. Ex-amples of such requirements include, but are not limited to, thefollowing:5.1.1

Chemical Composition6.1 The material shall conform to the chemical compositionrequiremen

11、ts prescribed in Table 1.6.2 If a product (check) analysis is made by the purchaser,the material shall conform to the product (check) analysisvariations in accordance with Specification B906.7. Mechanical Properties and Other Requirements7.1 Tensile PropertiesThe material shall conform to theroom te

12、mperature tensile properties prescribed in Table 2.8. Dimensions, Mass, and Permissible Variations8.1 For the purposes of calculating the weight of thematerial covered by this specification, a density of 0.303 lb/in.3(8.39 g/cm3) shall be used.8.2 Thickness:1This specification is under the jurisdict

18、escribed in Specification B906Table A2.3.8.4.2 Sheet and StripSheet and strip may be ordered to cutlengths, in which case a variation of18 in. (3.175 mm) over thespecified length shall be permitted, with a 0 minus tolerance.8.5 Straightness:8.5.1 The edgewise curvature (depth of chord) of flat sheet

19、,strip, and plate shall not exceed the product of 0.05 in.multiplied by the length in feet (0.04 mm multiplied by thelength in centimetres).8.5.2 Straightness for coiled strip is subject to agreementbetween the manufacturer and the purchaser.8.6 Squareness (Sheet)For sheets of all thicknesses andwid

20、ths of 6 in. (152.4 mm) or more, the angle between adjacentsides shall be 90 60.15 (116 in. in 24 in. or 2.6 mm/m).8.7 FlatnessPlate, sheet, and strip shall be commerciallyflat.8.8 Edges:8.8.1 Plates shall have sheared, abrasive cut, or plasma-torch-cut edges as specified.8.8.2 Sheet and strip shall

21、 have sheared or slit edges.9. Product Marking9.1 Each plate, sheet, or strip shall be marked on one facewith the specification number, heat number, manufacturersidentification, and size. The markings shall have no deleteriouseffect on the material or its performance and shall be suffi-ciently stabl
