Attachment of the backing shall allow lapping o
7、fwire-to-wire and backing-to-backing of one mesh at ends andedges and shall permit full embedment in not less than14 in.(6.4 mm) of plaster of not less than one half the total length andwidth of the wire.5.1.2 Backing shall have a minimum tensile breakingstrength (dry) of 20 lbf/in. Dimensions, Weight, and Permissible Variations6.1 Openings:6.1.1 Woven wire plaster base shall be fabricated to providethe size of openings in accordance withTable 1, except that anysingle opening shall be not more than 3.0

Inspection7.1 Inspection of the material shall be agreed upon betweenthe purchaser and the producer or supplier as part of thepurchase agree
17、ment.8. Rejection and Rehearing8.1 Material that fails to conform to the requirements of thisspecification shall be reported to the producer or supplierpromptly and in writing. The notice of rejection shall contain astatement documenting how the product has failed to conformto the requirements of th

Certification9.1 When specified in the purchase order or contract, theproducer or supplier shall furnish a report certifying that at thetime of shipment, the materials were in compliance with therequirements of this specification.10. Packaging and Package Marking10.1 PackagingWove
19、n wire plaster base shall be pack-aged in bundles, rolls or pallets.10.2 MarkingWhen shipped for sale or resale, the nameof the producer or the supplier and the brand and description ofthe contents shall be legibly marked on each pallet, bundle orroll. The quantity for bundles shall be square yards
20、and numberof sheet per bundle. The quantity for pallets, bundles or rollsshall indicate the mesh-opening size and wire thickness.11.
