10、, I relish opportunities to get out of the office from time to time. it refreshes the mind and you can get insight into what you are really doing. I am pleased this time. The location we have selected has undoubtedly met the basic requirement for our companys strategic plan to move. We found it suit

11、able and as I was one of those who highly recommend this choice, I was asked to submit a report to be presented at a conference. My presentation is really a great success and I have succeeded in persuading everyone at the meeting that it is the best choice. Man: Well, as you can see, the sales recor

12、d of our company in the first half of 2009 didnt seem to be very optimistic. The figures actually demonstrate a decline as compared to that of the same period last year. It seems that our market strategy was not very effective. So in order to work out a plan to boost sales, the director of sales dep

13、artment sent me to receive a training on developing market strategies. The training was offered by the Director of the Sales Department in another subsidiary company of 3M. Well, I should say this training is very informative and it has greatly broadened my mind on how to develop market strategies.

14、Most of the trainees said they have benefited a lot from it. And I too thought it was worthwhile. Woman: The company I worked for has just Incorporated a smaller one in Japan. 17、g is, when I arrived, everyone else had been waiting for 20 minutes. I felt so sorry for that. Man: I should say this is definitely a rewarding trip. You know, our company is expanding rapidly in the last three year. So it is of great importance to make sure that our human resources are in keeping w

18、ith our development. We have just returned from our trip to Graduate Job Fairs held in Britain. The fair offered a good platform for employers to make contact with the specific kinds of graduates they are looking to recruit. Our success depends largely on our full preparation. People could have inst

32、 no experience in setting up new branches in China. Its culture is markedly different from ours. This really shall prove to be a great problem. And I think the only way out is to talk to a local consultancy company about the procedures. I suppose it would be a great help. Man: Well, in a small compa

33、ny like ours, everything has to account for something. And I am not sure whether we are doing the right thing or not. However, I have the feeling that if we are to succeed in this highly competitive world, we do need to improve the way we run our business. Processes that used to be highly bureau-cra

You just cant imagine how the cost has been cut by it, a lot of information about our clients is pooled together for our easy access. In addition, it has catalogued all the
