In this essay, I shall look at both sides of the argument

This argument is often based on two ideas. The first idea is that teachers usually spend more time with students than other people, including

10、parents. Therefore, there is more opportunity for students to learn from their teachers. My personal opinion is that parents shouldnt try to use this as excuse for avoiding their parental responsibilities. People need to consider the time amount of time they can devote to their children before they

11、even have them. Indeed, parents should note that teaching children the difference between right and wrong starts before the children even start going to school. The second main idea is that education is more than just about learning academic subjects. This is where there is a major difference of opi

12、nion, since others believe that teachers should only teach academic subjects. They point out that the amount of academic knowledge that teachers need to transfer to students is already large and that school time is limited. I think that teachers should teach non-academic skills as they are needed in

13、 the educational environment. This will involve teaching students the difference between right and wrong, but it is not something that should be left exclusively to teachers. To conclude, the role of teaching students the difference between right and wrong is something that should not, and perhaps even cannot, be left to teachers. It is something that teachers, parents and even other members of the general public need to be involved in.
