When Special Notes are used, theyshould be preceded by a comma.5. Requirements5.1 The sheet and film shall be manufactured from poly-chlorotrifluoroet
17、hylene (PCTFE) plastics that consist of at least90 % chlorotrifluoroethylene. The remaining 10 % may in-clude chemical modifications, such as co-monomers, but notcolorants, fillers, plasticizers, or mechanical blends of otherresins.5.2 The length, width, roll core diameter, and maximumnumber of spli
18、ces permitted shall be as agreed upon betweenthe purchaser and the seller. The tolerance for roll width shallbe 3 % mm (18 in.). The tolerance for roll length shall be 610 % of the specified length.5.3 Thickness tolerances shall be as specified in Table 1.5.4 The sheet and film shall conform to the
19、property valuesspecified in Table 2, Table 3, and Table 4.5.5 The material shall be essentially free from contamina-tion, wrinkles, holes, scratches, and other imperfections unlessotherwise agreed upon between the purchaser and the seller.6. Sampling6.1 Sampling shall be statistically adequate to sa
20、tisfy therequirements of 10.4.7. Number of Tests7.1 One set of test specimens as prescribed in Section 8shall be considered sufficient for testing each batch. Theaverage result of the specimens tested shall conform to therequirements of this specification.8. Specimen Preparation8.1 ConditioningFor t
