2、t revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. Asuperscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This practice covers the comparison of the performanceof spray-buff products on test floors against a referencematerial.
3、Spray-buff products are to be used to maintain basefloor-polish films. This technique is intended to be used onwater-emulsion floor polishes with a floor machine not exceed-ing 95 lb (43 kg) in weight and with a rate of rotation of 350rpm or less.1.2 Gloss, heel marking, soil resistance, and slip re
4、sistanceof the spray-buffed test panels are rated in comparison to testpanels similarly maintained with a reference spray-buff prod-uct.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematicalconversions to SI units that are provided f

Maintenance and Evaluation Schedule8.1 Daily maintenance should include dust mopping, drybrushing, or sweeping.8.2 The

Apply the spray-buff productwith a spray bottle or aerosol to the floor just ahead of

Typical appli-cation rate is 0.08 to 0.30 g/ft2(0.86 to 3.23 g/m2). Weigh thespray bottle or aerosol container of spray-buff product beforea
