1、Designation: D6164/D6164M 11Standard Specification forStyrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS) Modified BituminousSheet Materials Using Polyester Reinforcements1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D6164/D6164M; the number immediately following the designation indicates theyear of original ado
2、ption or, in the case of revision, the year of last revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of lastreapproval. A superscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This specification covers prefabricated modified bitumi-nous sheet mate
3、rials reinforced with polyester fabric as theprimary reinforcement, (see Note 1) with or without granules, which use styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) thermoplasticelastomer as the primary modifier and are intended for use inthe fabrication of multiple ply roofing and waterproofingmembranes.NOTE 1Many
4、modified bituminous sheets are currently marketedwith polyester mat reinforced with glass yarns to improve processing inthe manufacture of the finished modified bitumen product and to reducedistortions that may be introduced during production. These glass yarnsare typically a small percentage of the

Issues regarding the suitability of the specific roofconstructions or application techniq

In-place roof system design criteria, such as fireresistance, field strength, impact/puncture resistance, materialcompatibility, uplift resista

The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, eachsystem shall be used independently of the ot
