Bloom or chalkingmay develop in pipe exposed to the direct rays of the sun(ultraviolet radiant energy) for extended periods; con

Variation isacceptable provided the tubing meets all physical requirements.7. Detail Requirements7.1 General:7.1.1 The following requ

Samples shall berepresentative of the product type under consideration.8.2 Retest and RejectionIf any test failure occurs, the pipeor fitting may be retested to establish conformity. The test shallb

Make all measurementsF667062on the pipe while it is resting on a relatively flat surface, in astraight line, with no external tensile or compressive forcesexerted on the pipe.9.5 Pipe StiffnessSelect a minimum of three pipe speci-mens and test for pip

(3mm) and may be straightened by hand bending at roomtemperature. Use the first location as a reference point forrotation of the other tw

Use a flat-plate specimen holder.Condition the specimens for 24 h at a temperature of 25 63.6F (3.9 6 2C), and conduct all tests within 60 s ofremoval from this atmosphere. The center of the falling tupshall strike on a corrugation crown for three specimens andbetween
