General Requirements4.1 Glass shall be laminated safety glass or tempered safetyglass that complies wit
10、h the following:4.1.1 Performance criteria of ANSI Z97.1-2009.4.1.1.1 Glass equal to or greater in area than 9 ft2(0.84 m2)shall comply with Class A performance.4.1.1.2 Glass less than 9 ft2(0.84 m2) shall comply with aminimum of Class B performance.4.2 The use of monolithic annealed, monolithic che
11、micallystrengthened or monolithic wired glass shall not be permitted.4.3 Exceptions:4.3.1 Glass fully-supported by and bonded to a non-glassmaterial shall not be subject to the requirements of 4.1 andSection 5.4.3.2 Glass surfaces incorporating or constituting displayscreens shall not be subject to
