9、testing procedure This BritishStandard shall be used in conjunction with the relevant sections of the latest issue of BSL100. 2 Quality of material The material shall be made from aluminium of the chemical composition specified in clause3, with or without approved scrap at the discretion of the manu
10、facturer. 3 Chemical composition The chemical composition of the material shall be: 4 Condition The wire shall be supplied as drawn. 5 Heat treatment None. 6 Mechanical properties 6.1 Tensile test. The tensile strength of test pieces, selected and prepared in accordance with the relevant requirement
11、s of BS L100, shall be not less than110MPa. 6.2 Torsion test. The torsion test shall be carried out on a sample in the condition as delivered. 7 Identification colour The identification colour for the wire shall be black. Element % min. max.
