10、k cover. 2 Performance limits 2.1 Performance limit for discharge rate When tested in accordance with6.2 of BS6356-1:1983 the discharge rate shall be within 5% of the stated flow rate at the optimum pressure for use specified by the manufacturer. 2.2 Performance limits for distribution of spray from
11、 flat fan nozzles When tested in accordance with6.3 of BS6356-1:1983 with the nozzle height above the distribution table in accordance withTable 1, the spray distribution shall be within the limits shown inFigure 1 at the optimum pressure for use specified by the manufacturer. NOTENo requirement is
12、specified for hollow cone nozzles. 2.3 Performance limit for spray angle for flat fan nozzles When measured in accordance with6.5 of BS6356-1:1983 the performance limit on the manufacturers stated spray angle shall be: 5 for65 nozzles; 5 for80 nozzles; 5 for110 nozzles. NOTENo requirement is specifi
13、ed for hollow cone nozzles.
