CECC50009 Issue4:1991 was prepared by CECC WG7: “Rectifier diodes and thyristors” and the United Kingdom participation in the drafting was provided by Technical Committee ECL/24: Semiconduct
5、ors. In1992 the CENELEC Electronic Components Committee(CECC) accepted CECC50009:1991 as European Standard EN150009:1992. This standard supersedes BS CECC50009:1982 which remains valid to cover all existing approvals. Scope This standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements
6、 which shall be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BSCECC50000 in any detail specification for these devices. The text of this standard consists of the text of BS CECC50009 Issue3(1982) amended to include characteristics which apply to avalanche and controlled avalanche rectifier
7、diodes. The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of CECC00200 and CECC00300 to which reference is made in the text and has decided that they are acceptable for use in conjunction with this standard.
