28、ndependent.Inmanydetailsdefinitionsare necessarytoensureinteroperability.Therefore,thosedetaileddefinitionsaregiveninanetworkspecific part(CEN/TS148218).WiththedevelopmentoffuturemobilecommunicationsystemstowardsUMTS/ IMT2000thebottleneckofnarrowbanddatacommunicationmightfade.Duetoitsmodularstructur
