24、1 Generalprinciples Thepreparationofamanufacturingscheduleisamandatoryrequirementforsemifinishedproducts qualificationinaccordancewithEN3042. Thepreparationofthemanufacturingscheduleisundertheresponsibilityofthemanufacturer.This documentishisproperty. Onwrittenrequest,thepurchaserisentitledtocollabo
25、rateinthedrafting. Themanufacturingscheduleisusedasthereferencedocumentforsemifinishedproductqualification,under theconfidentialityconditionsdefinedinEN2000. 4.2 Preparation Themanufacturingscheduleshalldescribethemanufacturingstages(includinginspectionandtesting procedures)forthesemifinishedproduct
26、tobemanufactured,fromtheacquisitionofrawmaterialsthrough tothestorage/deliveryofthemanufacturedsemifinishedproduct. 4.3 Approval 4.3.1 Initialapproval Themanufacturingscheduleshallbeapprovedbythemanufacturerinaccordancewiththeinternal proceduresdefinedinhisqualityassurancesystem,asrequiredbyEN2000.
27、Wherethemanufacturingschedulehasbeendefinedincollaborationwiththepurchaseronwrittenrequest and/orhasbeenverifiedbymeansofpreproductionparts,itshall,additionally,beapprovedbytheDesign Authorityofthepurchaser. NOTE Inspecialcases,themanufacturingschedulecanbesealedonpurchaserswritteninstructions.EN207
28、8:2001(E) 5 4.3.2 Monitoringofsubsequentchanges Changeswhichmaysignificantlyaffectthequalityofthesemifinishedproductshallbesubmittedforthe writtenapprovalofthepurchaser.Afterthisapproval,themanufacturershallinformtheQualificationAuthority oftheagreedchanges.TheQualificationAuthoritymayrecordthesecha
29、nges(asanadditiontothesemi finishedproductqualificationfile)orcallforsupplementarytestsorforanewqualification. Wherethemanufacturingscheduleissealed,anychangeshallbesubmittedforthepurchaserswritten approvalpriortoimplementation. 5 Inspectionschedule 5.1 Generalprinciples Theinspectionscheduleisusedi
30、nthecaseofsemifinishedproductsthecharacteristicsofwhichcannotbe completelyspecifiedbyENaerospacestandards,typicallyforgingsandcastings. Thepreparationoftheinspectionscheduleisundertheresponsibilityofthepurchaser.Theinspection scheduleisimplementedbythemanufacturerbutremainsthepurchasersproperty. 5.2
31、 Preparation Theinspectionscheduleshallspecifyadditionalrequirementsforinspectionandtestingnotdefinedinthe standardsappearingontheorder.Itshallbelinkedtothereferenceofthesemifinishedproductdrawings. 5.3 Approval Theinspectionscheduleshallbeapprovedinaccordancewiththeinternalproceduresdefinedinthe pu
32、rchasersqualityassurancesystem,asrequiredbyEN2000. 6 Inspectionandtestreport 6.1 Generalprinciples Aninspectionandtestreportshallbeprovidedwitheachsemifinishedproductdelivery. Thepreparationoftheinspectionandtestreportisundertheresponsibilityofthemanufacturer.Thisreport supportstheinspectiondocument
33、(seeEN10204)requiredontheorder. 6.2 Preparation Theinspectionandtestreportshallgivetheresultsofthereleaseinspectionand/ortestinginaccordance withtherelevantstandardsand,whererelevant,purchasersadditionalinstructionsasstatedintheorder, drawingandinspectionschedule. 6.3 Approval Theinspectionandtestre
