4、-2000 National foreword This British Standard has been prepared under the direction of the Electronic Components Standards Policy Committee. It is identical with CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC)20007:1991 “Harmonized system of quality assessment for electronic components. Blank detail

5、specification: Liquid crystal displays monochrome LCDs without electronic circuit”. This standard is a harmonized specification within the CECC system. In1992 the CENELEC Electronics Components Committee (CECC) accepted CECC20007:1991 as European Standard EN120007:1992. Cross-references The British

6、Standard which implements CECC00100 is BS9000 “General requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part2:1983 “Specification for national implementation of CECC basic rules and rules of procedure”. The international text omits to state that the notations IL and AQL refer

7、 to Inspection Level and Acceptable Quality Level respectively, and that these are selected from, and in accordance with IEC410. The corresponding British Standard is BS6001 “Sampling procedures for inspection by attributes” Part1:1972 “Specification for sampling plans indexed by Acceptable Quality

8、Level (AQL) for lot-by-lot inspection”, which is technically equivalent. Scope This standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which are to be included as the minimum mandatory requirements in detail specifications written in accordance with BSCECC20000. Detail specifica

9、tion layout In the event of conflict between the requirements of this specification and the provisions of BS9000 the latter shall take precedence, except that the front pagelayout shall be in accordance with PD9004:1989,CECC and IECQ administrative guide, Circular Letter No. 15. A British Standard d

10、oes not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. No. EN 120007:1992 EEN120007:1992 BSI 01-2000 2 Foreword The CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) is composed of those member countries of the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic components of as

20、sessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under t

21、he System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This specification has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish to issue national harmonized specifications for LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAYS. It should

22、 be read in conjunction with the current regulations for the CECC System. At the date of printing of this specification, the member countries of the CECC are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the Uni

23、ted Kingdom. Preface This blank detail specification was prepared by CECC WG 20: Semiconductor optoelectronic and liquid crystal devices. It is based, wherever possible, on the Publications of the International Electrotechnical Commission. The text of this specification was circulated to the CECC fo

24、r voting in the document indicated below and was ratified by the President of the CECC for printing as a CECC Specification. This European Standard was prepared by CECCWG20, “Opto-Electronic Components and Liquid Crystal Devices”. The text of the draft based on document CECC20007 Issue1:1991 was sub

47、l specification with issue number and/or date when relevant any other particulars. 8 Test conditions and inspection requirements These are given in the following tables, where the values and exact test conditions to be used should be specified as required for a given type, and as required by the rel

48、evant test in CECC20000. When several devices are included in the same detail specification, the relevant conditions and/or values should be given on successive lines, where possible avoiding repetition of identical conditions and/or values. The choice between alternative tests should preferably be

49、left open, unless very sound technical reasons forbid this, although such tests are not strictly equivalent, they were meant to achieve the same results: assess the correct manufacture of a device; alternatives were provided to take into account different equipments or methods of measurement used in various countries.
