Foreword to amendment A1 This document (EN 13322-2:2003/A1:2006) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 23 “Transportable gas cylinders“, the secretariat of which is held by BSI. This Amendment to the European Standard EN 13322-2

19、:2003 shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by January 2007, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by January 2007. Thisstandardisbasedonthetraditionalcalculationmethod.Itdoesnotcoverothermethodssuchasfiniteelement analysis(F.E.A.)methodsorexperimentalmetho

24、dgases.This standardisonlyapplicabletocylindersmanufacturedfromstainlesssteelshavingamaximumtensilestrengthof lessthan1100MPa. Foracetyleneservice,additionalrequirementsforthecylinderandthebasicrequirementsfortheporousmassare giveninEN1800. ThisstandardisprimarilyforindustrialgasesotherthanLPGbutmay
