32、endingonthetemperaturerangeclaimedbythe manufacturer. b) Thetestpieceshallbeconditionedat5Cbelowtheminimumtemperatureforwhichtheexplosiveis designed.Thetemperaturewithintheexplosiveshallbemeasuredwithathermocoupleorequivalent.Afterthe testpiecehasreachedtherequiredtesttemperature,itshallbemaintained
33、atthattemperatureforatleast1h. c) Placethetestarrangementintoaninsulatingcontainerandfireitwithin5min. 4.3Methodforthedeterminationofresistancetohydrostaticpressure 4.3.1 Temperaturesupto100C Prepareawatertightcontainerpermittingthecirculationofwateratagiventemperaturethroughit.Itshallbebig enoughto
34、holdthesteeltubewithallaccessoriesasdescribedinEN136316.Additionallyathermocoupleshallbe mountedinthesteeltubetomeasurethetemperatureofthewaterwithinthetube. Placethesteeltubeintothecontainerandclosethecontainerwithaninsulatingcover. Turnonthewatercirculationandadjustthetemperatureofthewatersothatth
35、ewaterinthesteeltubewillreach thedesiredtemperaturewithin30min.Duringthetest,thetemperatureofthecirculatingwatershallbecontrolled byasuitablethermostatwithinanaccuracyof 2C. ProceedasdescribedinEN136316bybuildingupthedesiredpressurewithinthetube.Whenthetemperatureof thewaterwithinthetubehasreachedth

Iftheexplosivedetonatescompletelyrepeatthetesttwicemore. 4.3.2 Temperaturesabove100C Fillthetestpieceintothesteeltube.Fillthetubewithwatersothatthetestpieceisfullyimmersed.Forthedesired temperature,obtaintheresultingpressurefromtablesofv
37、apourpressure.Ifthepressureclaimedbythe manufacturerishigherthanthisvalue,aconnectionforpressurisedwaterisneeded.
