Thedesignationsystemisbasedonthepremisethatthermosetsandlongfibrereinforcedthermoplasticscanbe dividedintogenericfamiliesusingbasicpolymers,valuesofselecteddesignatorypropertiesandadditional qualitativeinformationinordertodescribeaparticularmaterialasprecisel
