29、fthisEuropeanStandard,thetermsanddefinitionsgiveninEN138571andthefollowingapply. PBBStest statisticalmethodusedtocharacterisethesensitivity,toaphysicalstimulus,of“oneshot“pyrotechnical components. Theprincipleofthetestistomeasurethefiringfrequencyatpredefinedlevelsofthephysicalstimulus.The physicals

30、timulusinthisstandardisthefiringcurrent.Sensitivitylevelscorrespondingtotherequiredprobability andconfidencelimitsarethendeterminedbyextrapolation. AdetaileddescriptionofthetestisgiveninprEN137631. 4 Testpieces DependingonthenumberoflevelsofthePBBStest,170to250detonatorsofthesametypeareneeded(i.e. s

31、amebridgewireignitionsystemandshell).Use30detonatorsforthepreliminarytest(see6.2)and20detonators foreachcurrentlevelinthedetermination(see6.3).Ifthedetonatorsformpartofaserieswithdifferentdelay times,selectdetonatorswithdelaytimesdistributedasevenlyaspossiblethroughouttheseries. Ifthenofirecurrentcl

32、aimedbythemanufacturerislessthanorequalto2A,barefuseheadscanbeusedinstead ofcompletedetonators. Ifthedetonatorsaremagneticallycoupled,thecouplingunitshallberemoved. 5Apparatus Squarepulsecurrentsupply ,withthefollowingcharacteristics: a)astabilizedcurrentwithatoleranceontheoutputof 1%ofthespecifiedv
