21、75001,abletoapplyaloadnotlessthanthe expectedtensileload.Theloadingrateshallbewithintherangefrom0,03(N/mm 2 )/sto0,07(N/mm 2 )/s,withan accuracyof3%. 4.2 CoredrillingequipmentinaccordancewithEN125041. 4.3 Sawandfacegrindingmachine. 4.4 Steelplatens(twoforeachtestspecimen). NOTE1 Onefaceoftheplatensh

23、allbegreaterthanfourtimesthemaximumaggregatesizeintheconcrete. Thelength/diameterratioshallbeatleastequalto2. 6 Preparationofspecimens Bothendsofthetestspecimensshallbesawnandground.Afterpreparation,thelength/diameterratioshallbenot lessthan2.Forperpendicularity,thetoleranceforthepreparedends,withre
24、specttotheside,shallconformto EN123901. ThesurfacesofthecoretobebondedtotheplatensshallconformtotherequirementsofEN123901witha toleranceof0,05mm. Duringpreparationthetestspecimensshallbeprotectedagainstdryingbyusingwettowelsorsimilarmaterials. Priortobondingofthesteelplatenstotheendsofthecore,thecor
25、eshallbedriedinairuntiltheconcretebecome lightincolour. Afterpreparation,thetestspecimensshallbestoredunderwateruntiltesting. NOTE Bondingshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeinstructionsofthemanufactureroftheadhesive.EN138632:2003(E) 5 7Procedure Thefollowingprocedureshallbeperformedforeachtestspec
26、imen: 7.1 DeterminethecrosssectionalareaofthetestspecimeninaccordancewithEN123901. 7.2 Placethetestspecimencentricallyinthetensilestrengthtestingmachinewithatoleranceof1mm. 7.3 Increasethetensileloadataconstantratewithintherangefrom0,03(N/mm 2 )/sto0,07(N/mm 2 )/suntil failureoccurs.Recordthetensile
27、loadatfailure. 7.4 Discardanytestresultwhereabreakoccursatagluedjointbetweenthesampleandtheplaten. 7.5 Calculatethetensilebondstrengthastheultimatetensileloadatfailure,expressedinN,dividedbythe crosssectionalarea,expressedin squaremillimetres. 7.6 Identifythepositionofthebreakinthespecimen,forexampl
28、e,thebottomorinthetopconcreteoratthe interfacebetweentheconcretelayers. 7.7 Thetensilestrengthshallbeexpressedin newtonspersquaremillimetretotwodecimalfigures.Thelast figureshallberoundedto0or5. 8 Testreport Thetestreportshallcontainatleastthefollowinginformation: a) referencetothisEuropeanStandard;
