21、Atensiontestingmachinecapableofapplyingloadcycleswithafrequencyof2Hzto5Hzwithloads between5kNand20kNandadeviceforcountingtheloadcycles. 5 Testprocedure 5.1 Preparationoftestpieces Thetestspecimensshallbepreparedat21C2CandaRHof60%10%.Thebondingsurfacesofthesteel prismsshallbedegreasedusingasuitablede

22、greasingagentandthengritblastedtogradeSA2.5ofEN ISO85011.Thesteelsurfacesshallthenbevacuumedtoremoveanydust.Mixtheadhesiveinaccordancewith themanufacturersinstructionsandapplyittoeachofthepreparedbondingsurfacessuchthatwhentheyare broughttogetherusingthe4screwsshowninFigure1abondlinethicknessof1,0mm

23、0,1mmisachievedor suchotherbondlinethicknessasshallbespecifiedinaccordancewiththeuseoftheproduct.Theassembledtest specimensshallbestoredat21C2CandaRH60%10%foratleast7days. 5.2 Numberoftestspecimens Threeprismsshallbetestedtofindthemeanshorttermfailureload, F um .Fiveprismsshallbesubjectedto dynamicl

24、oadingtestateachofthreeloadranges.EN138942:2002(E) 5 5.3Testing Theshorttermfailureloadforeachprism, F u ,isdeterminedbyapplyingaconstantrateofloadingof1kN/suntil failure.Themeanvalue, F um ,isthencalculated. Thefatiguetestshallbeperformedatthreeloadranges.Ineachcasethelowestloadshallbe5%of F um .Th

25、e threeupperloadsshallbe80%,70%and60%of F um ,respectively.Ifmorethanthreeprismsdonotfailbefore 10 7 loadcyclesatthelowestloadrange,thetestshallberepeatedatthenexthighestloadrange. Connecttheendsoftheprismsbyscrewinginsteelbarsof10mmdiameter.Thelengthofthesebarsshallbeat least200mm.Removeorloosenthe
