The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the spe
19、cifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This specification was prep
20、ared by CECC WG4A “Fixed Resistors”. 36、he marking of the component and package shall be given in full in the detail specification. 1.5 Ordering information (not required for CQC detail specifications) Orders for resistors covered by this specification shall contain, in clear or coded form, the following information: a) rated resistance;
37、b) tolerance on rated resistance; c) temperature coefficient of resistance; d) number and issue reference of detail specification and style reference. 1.6 Additional information (not for inspection purposes) This clause will be used to give information about properties of the resistor(s) which are n
38、ot demonstrated by the quality conformance inspection as given inTable 3a or the performance limits of the capability as demonstrated by the CQCs. 39、or maintenance of Capability Approval the procedures shall be in accordance with3.13 of EN140210. 2.1.3 For Quality Conformance inspection the test schedule(Table 3a) includes sampling, severities and requirements. This inspection is carried out for group A on each manufacturing lot and for group B
40、on a group of manufacturing lots where the resistors are structurally similar for the relevant test.
