6、7000:1993 Generic specification: Sockets for use with electrical relays of assessed quality, published by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) Electronic Components Committee (CECC). The BritishStandard which implements the CECC Rules of Procedure is BS9000-2:1991 Ge

7、neral requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality Part2. Specification for the national implementation of the CECC system. The foreword of EN147000 makes reference to the “date of withdrawal”, dow, of the conflicting national standard. In this case there is no existing co

17、nts of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the granting of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components prod

18、uced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This specification was prepared by CECC WG16 Relays. The text of the draft based on document CECC (Secretariat)2780 was submitted to the formal vote; together with the voting report, circulated as document

19、CECC(Secretariat)3140, it was approved by CECC as EN147000 on10August1992. 34、Units, symbols and terminology Units, graphical symbols, letter symbols and terminology shall, whenever possible, be taken from the following documents: ISO1000, SI units and recommendations for the use of their multiples and of certain other units. IEC27-1, Letter symbols to be used in electrical t

35、echnology, Part1: General. IEC50, International Electrotechnical Vocabulary. IEC617, Graphical symbols for diagrams. 2.4 Preferred values The stated values in the detail specification shall be chosen, as far as possible, from the preferred values of the relevant part of IEC255. 2.5 Marking The secti

36、onal or detail specification shall indicate the identification criteria and other information to be shown on the socket and/or packing. The letter or colour code shall be described in full or reference made to the appropriate specifications. The order of priority for marking small sockets shall be s

37、pecified. The marking shall, as a minimum, consist of: the trade mark or the manufacturers name; the type and variants code; the manufacturing data code; the CECC logo. 3 Terms and definitions The following paragraphs contain specific additional terminology applicable to sockets for plug-in electrom

38、echanical relays and shall be included into each national harmonized specification. 3.1 Terms relating to sockets 3.1.1 front side side where the relay is plugged 3.1.2 rear side side used for the wiring 3.1.3 contact conducting part of the socket used for electrical connection between the terminal

39、of the relay and the wiring electrical continuity is obtained by mechanical pressure between one part of the contact and the terminals of the relay 3.1.4 insulator body part of the socket which maintains contacts in position and ensures insulation between them 3.1.5 mounting hardware accessories att

40、ached or not to the socket and used for: mounting firmly on panel or other bearing devices; secure firmly the relay after mounting. 3.1.6 polarising device device which disables incorrect connectingEN 147000:1993 BSI 01-2000 7 3.1.7 sealing barrier device which makes sure tightness of the wiring 3.1

41、.8 sealing plug device used in place of non-wired contacts to obtain tightness on the rear side 3.2 Terms relating to contacts 3.2.1 pin contact conducting part of the relay used for connection with the socket 3.2.2 socket contact conducting part of the socket used for connection with the relay 3.2.

42、3 removable contact contact maintained inside the insulator body by suitable device, and removable from the front or the rear side by use of a tool 3.2.4 fixed contact non-removable contact 3.2.5 barrel part of the socket contact in which a pin contact is inserted 3.2.6 wire barrel part of the conta

43、ct used for connection to the wiring 3.2.7 crimp contact contact for which the wiring is obtained by crimping the wire barrel 3.2.8 solderable contact contact for which the wiring is obtained by soldering of the wire barrel to the terminal pin 3.2.9 solder pin contact contact for which connection to

44、 the wiring is obtained by soldering the pin to a printed circuit 3.2.10 pin contact for wrapping contact for which connection to the wiring is obtained by wrapping the wire around the pin 3.2.11 screw contact contact for which connection to the wiring is obtained by locking the wire on the contact
