Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee int

International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance

While all reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the technical content of IEC Publications is accurate, IEC cannot be held responsible

34、 object This part of IEC 60512, when required by the detail specification, is used for testing connectors within the scope of technical committee 48. It may also be used for similar devices when specified in a detail specification. The object of this standard is to detail a standard method to determ

The needle-flame test is intended to simulate the effect of small flames which may result from fault conditions within the equipment, i.e. the intensity of the ignition source used is of a similar order to

A wooden board covered with a single layer of tissue paper shall be placed underneath the specimen to be tested as described in IEC 60695-11-5. The position of the specimen a

The burner shall be mounted at an angle of approximately 45 so that any drops from the specimen can fall freely on the underlying layer (see Figure 1). For the same reason, it is desirable to specify the posi

In the case of edge application, the flame shall be applied not less than 10 mm from the nearest corner, unless otherwise specified by the detail specification. BS EN 60512-20-1:201060512-20-1 IEC:2010 5 The burner is lit away from the

A vertical distance of 7 mm to 9 mm between the tip of the burner and the surface/edge to be tested is adequate for this
