20、 textile fibre sleeving, braided, uncoated 1 Scope This International Standard gives the requirements for glass textile fibre sleeving, uncoated, constructed from a braid of E-type yarn. The sleeving is annealed by heat treatment to assist in maintaining a circular cross-section. This sleeving is su
21、itable for use at temperatures up to 350 C. It is normally available in internal diameters between 0,5 mm and 30 mm and is normally supplied in its natural colour. Sizes or colours other than those specifically listed in this standard may be available as custom items. These items shall be considered
22、 to comply with this standard if they comply with the other property requirements listed in tables 2 and 3. Materials which conform to this specification meet established levels of performance. However, the selection of a material by a user for a specific application should be based on the actual re

27、act. Any abbreviation used for colour shall comply with IEC 60757. NC is used for “Natural Colour/ No Colour pigmentation”. Where no abbreviation is given, the colour shall be written in full. 4 Requirements In addition to the general requirements given in IEC 60684-1, sleeving shall meet the requir
28、e- ments of tables 1, 2 and 3 where applicable. 5 Sleeving conformance Sleeving conformance shall normally be based on results from 4 mm sleeving. Sleeving with a non-standard nominal internal diameter shall have a wall thickness at least as large as the next smallest standard size. Sleeving with a
