15、ved by CENELEC as EN 61047 on 2004-09-01. This European Standard supersedes EN 61047:1992 + A1:1996 + A2:2001. It constitutes a technical revision. EN 61047:1992 needed to be revised completely after the decision to delete all EMC-related requirements, given that EMC varies from region to region. Th

22、controlled voltage filament lamps at frequencies deviating from the supply frequency. Attention is drawn to the fact that operating frequencies below 20 kHz may cause audio noise. NOTE CISPR requirements regarding radio interference have to be observed in some countries. In order to obtain satisfact
23、ory performance of filament lamps and electronic convertors, it is necessary that certain features of their designs be properly coordinated. 24、 performance requirements for electronic step-down convertors for use on d.c. supplies up to 250 V and a.c. supplies up to 1 000 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz with operating frequencies deviating from the supply frequency, associated with tungsten halogen lamps as specified in IEC 60357 and other filament lam
25、ps. NOTE 1 The tests in this standard are type tests. Requirements for testing individual convertors during production are not included. NOTE 2 Requirements for convertors which incorporate means for varying the lamp power are under consideration. NOTE 3 It may be expected that convertors complying
26、with this standard will ensure satisfactory operation between 92 % and 106 % of rated supply voltage of filament lamps with rated lives greater than 200 h and rated voltage less than 50 V. NOTE 4 There exist regional standards regarding the regulation of mains current harmonics for end-products such
27、 as luminaires and independent control gear. In a luminaire, the control gear is dominant in this respect. 30、ed by convertor and lamp(s) in combination, at rated supply voltage of the convertor and at the highest rated output load 3.2 circuit power factor the ratio of measured circuit power to the product of the supply voltage (r.m.s.) and the supply current (r.m.s.) NOTE 2 The value of the power factor takes into account the effect of the distortion of the current waveform. 3.4 high audio-frequency i
32、mpedance convertor a convertor the impedance of which in the frequency range 250 Hz to 2 000 Hz exceeds the values specified in Clause 11 3.5 short-circuit proof convertor a convertor which remains capable of functioning after an incidental overload or short circuit is removed and after restoration
33、of a protecting device, if any 4 General notes on tests 4.1 The tests according to this standard are type tests. NOTE The requirements and tolerances permitted by this standard are based on testing of a type test sample submitted by the manufacturer for that purpose. In principle this type test samp
34、le should consist of units having characteristics typical of the manufacturers production and be as close to the production centre point values as possible. It may be expected with the tolerances given in the standard that products manufactured in accordance with the type test sample will comply wit
35、h the standard for the majority of the production. Due to the production spread however, it is inevitable that there will sometimes be products outside the specified tolerances. For guidance of sampling plans and procedures for inspection by attributes, see IEC 60410. 4.2 For tests which are carried
36、 out with a lamp or lamps, this lamp(s) shall fulfill the following requirements. The wattage of the lamp(s) when measured at its rated lamp voltage (d.c. or a.c. 50 Hz/60 Hz) shall not differ from the rated wattage by more than 6 0 +%. 4.3 The tests shall be carried out in the order of the clauses,
37、 unless otherwise specified. 4.4 One specimen shall be submitted to all the tests. 4.5 In general all the tests are made on each type of convertor or, where a range of similar convertors is involved for each rated wattage in the range or on a representative selection from the range as agreed with th
38、e manufacturer. 4.6 The tests shall be made under the conditions specified in Annex A. Data of lamps not published in an IEC standard shall be made available by the lamp manufacturer. 4.7 All convertors covered by this standard shall comply with the requirements of IEC 61347-2-2 in conjunction with
39、IEC 61347-1. Page6 EN61047:2004 65 Classification 5.1 Classification according to the load a) Single value load convertors This type of convertor is designed for use with one specific output wattage only, which may be dissipated by one or more lamps. b) Multiple value load convertor This type of con
40、vertor is designed for use with one or more lamps with a total load within the declared wattage range. 5.2 Classification according to output voltage a) Convertors having a stabilized output voltage b) Convertors without a stabilized output voltage 6 Marking 6.1 Mandatory marking 6.1.1 Convertors sh
41、all be clearly marked as follows. a) Circuit power factor, e.g. = 0,9. If the power factor is less than 0,95 leading, it shall be followed by the letter “C“, e.g. = 0,9 C. b) If applicable, the symbol H which indicates that the convertor is not of the low distortion type. 6.1.2 In addition to the ab
42、ove mandatory marking, the following information shall either be given on the convertor or made available in the manufacturers catalogue or the like. a) If applicable, limits of the permissible temperature range. b) If applicable, an indication that the convertor has a stabilized output voltage. c)
43、If applicable,. an indication that the convertor is suitable for operation with a mains supply dimmer. 6.2 Optional marking The following information may either be given on the convertor or made available in the manufacturers catalogue or the like. a) Total circuit power. b) If applicable, the symbo
44、l Z , which indicates that the convertor is designed to comply with conditions for audio-frequency impedance. c) If applicable, a symbol which indicates that the convertor is a short-circuit proof type (the symbol is under consideration). Page7 EN61047:2004 7 7 Output voltage and current 7.1 Open-ci
45、rcuit voltage At any supply voltage between 92 % and 106 % of the rated supply voltage the open-circuit voltage shall not exceed 150 % of the rated output voltage. In case the output voltage is higher than 150 % of the rated value, the measurement shall be repeated and the convertor is shunted with
46、a resistor having a resistance value equal to min 2 output1 0 P ) (V ,where P minis the minimum wattage declared for the convertor. Under this condition the output voltage shall not exceed 150 % of the rated value. 7.2 Voltage during operation At rated supply voltage the output voltage shall not dif
47、fer by more than 4 8 +% from the lamp rated voltage. At any supply voltage between 92 % and 106 % of the rated supply voltage, the output voltage shall be between 84 % and 110 % of the rated value. Multiple load convertors shall be tested with both the minimum and maximum load. If a manufacturer dec
48、lares that his convertor has a stabilized output voltage, the output voltage shall be limited between 95 % and 105 % of its rated value at any supply voltage between 92 % and 106 % of the supply voltage and at any load within the specified wattage range. 7.3 Voltage surges during switching and opera
49、tion Voltage surges superimposed on the output voltage shall not exceed the values specified below (values under consideration). 7.4 Voltage waveform The maximum ratio of the peak value to the r.m.s. value shall not exceed 2,5 (value under consideration). 7.5 Inrush current At rated supply voltage, the lamp peak inrush current shall be not more than 10 times the steady-state r.m.s. lamp current at any load within the specified wattag
