6、an Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC). EN 61152 was derived by CENELEC from IEC 1152 : 1992, first edition published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The CENELEC common modification has been implemented in the appropriate place in the text and is indicate
7、d by a side line in the margin. The deleted part of the IEC text has been quoted in national annex NA. The foreword of EN 61152 : 1994 makes reference to the date of withdrawal, dow of the relevant national standard. In this case tables 1, 2A, 2B, the table relating to bore diameter attached to figu
8、re 7 and the table attached to figure 8 of BS 2765 : 1969 Specification for dimensions of temperature detecting elements and corresponding pockets, conflict with this standard. 16、some common modifications were necessary for the acceptance as a European Standard. Following decision D75/029 taken by the 75th Ichnical Board the reference document, together with the common modifications prepared by CENELEC Reporting Secretariat SR 65B, was submitted to the CENELEC members for fo
17、rmal vote. The text of the draft was approved by CENELEC as EN 61152 on 8 December 1993. 19、thermometer elements and tolerances (d) on those diameters. The diameter of the corresponding well or pocket will be determined by the operating requirements of the particular application. 2 Diameters of thermometer elements An element shall have a diameter corresponding to one of the nominal sizes
20、in table 1. NOTE - If faster response is required, closer tolerances on the diameter may be required and should be agreed between manufacturer and user. 3 Straightness Thermometer pockets or wells may have one of the classes of internal shape shown in figure 1 while elements may have one of the clas
21、ses of external shape shown in figure 2. In order to ensure that elements will fit into these pockets a straightness gauge is defined as in figure 3 for each nominal diameter. An element of type A shall conform to the tolerance requirements of table 1 over a length of 10 D from the tip and, in addit
22、ion, shall be capable of passing through the gauge over that length of the element which may be inserted in the well or pocket. An element of type B shall meet the tolerance requirements of table 1 over the length of the tip section, or 10 x D, whichever is less. In addition it shall be capable of b
23、eing inserted into the gauge over a length of 10 x D or the length of the tip section, whichever is less. An element of type C shall meet the tolerances of table 1 over the entire length of that portion of the element having the larger diameter and this entire length shall also pass through the gaug
