20、d to the following indications which shall be given: Identification of the detail specification (DS) 1 The name of the National Authorized Institution (NAI) under whose authority the DS is published and, if available, the organization from whom the DS is available. 2 The IECQ logo and the number all
21、otted to the DS by the IECQ general secretariat. 3 The number and issue number of the IECQ generic and sectional specification; also national reference if different. 4 If different from the IECQ number, the national number of the DS, date of issue and any further information required by the national

At the discretion of the specification writer, th

In the “Number of specimens” columns, the number shall be entered as given in3.3 of the relevant sectional specification for the applicable assessment level. For 5 and 6 the text to be given in the DS should be suitable
31、for an entry in IECQC001004 1)(specification list) or IECQC001005 2)(QPL). At the lower right-hand corner of each page enter the specification issue number of the detail specification. When all the information has been entered, these introductory pages should be detached from the completed DS and di

35、n requirements 11.1 Qualification approval procedures One of the following procedures shall be used: a) Fixed quantity sample procedure This shall consist of the appropriate fixed quantity sample passing the initial tests in group0 without any failures. The fixed quantity number of specimens shall b
36、e: Level M 36 specimens Level H 18 specimens Specimens for groups D1, D2, D4-D7 shall then be selected randomly from the group0 specimens and subjected to the inspection for their particular group. No failures are permitted. The number of specimens in each group D1, D2, D4-D6 shall be: Level M 6 spe
37、cimens Level H 3 specimens Any additional specimens required for group D7 inspection shall also first be subjected to group0 tests. No failures are permitted. A set of piece parts shall be randomly selected for group D3 inspection. No failures are permitted. b) Lot-by-lot procedure This shall consis
38、t of three consecutive lots passing the acceptance tests in groups A1 andB1. Specimens from these lots shall be randomly selected for periodic tests in groups D1, D2, D4-D7 and shall be subjected to the relevant inspection for their particular group. The number of specimens in each group D1, D2, D4-
39、D6 shall be: Level M 6 specimens Level H 3 specimens A set of piece parts shall be randomly selected for group D3 inspection.
