23、and sequential test 1 Scope This part of IEC 61753 contains the minimum test and measurement requirements and severities which a fibre optic circulator should satisfy in order to be categorized as meeting the requirements of circulator devices used in outside plant environments. The requirements cov

33、spersion measurement for passive optical components3 Test All test methods are in accordance with a particular IEC 61300 standard, of which parts applicable to this standard are mentioned in 5.2 (see Table 2). The samples shall be terminated onto single-mode fibres as per IEC 60793-1-1 Type B 1.1 in
34、 either coated fibres (primary and secondary) or reinforced cable format. Each test defines the number of samples to be evaluated. The Table 1 is intended to provide guidance on the wavelength ranges of the various spectral bands. It is not intended for specification. Values of operating wavelength

37、nce that the tests have been carried out and complied with. 5 Performance requirements 5.1 Sample size, sequencing and grouping Sample sizes for the tests are defined in Annex A of this standard. Test groups and test sequences shall be performed in sequential order as shown in Annex A. 5.2 Test deta
38、ils and requirements Attenuation and return loss performances are given only for non-connectorised circulators. For connectorised components the connector performances should be in compliance with IEC 61753-021-6. During the environmental tests where monitoring of the circulator performance is speci
39、fied, the ports of the device shall be controlled.
