20、thescopeofmeasurementsrequiredforacceptanceinspectionpurposesshould bespecifiedseparatelyforthemachineconcerned. Runoutaccuracyasdefinedhereisasystematicerrorandthuscountsasoneoftheparametersbywhichthe performanceofamachinetoolcanbecharacterized.Otherfactorsinfluencingperformance(e.g.dynamicforces,

21、vacuumlevel,positioningaccuracyofCNCmachines)andmethodsofstatisticalevaluationarenotcoveredinthis standard. Electronbeamweldinginvolvesmovementoftheworkpieceand/oroftheelectrongun.Successfulwelding presupposesthatthismovementiseffectedbythedevicesconcerned(e.g.worktableandrotatingfixture)witha given

25、onoffeedinthe X,YandZdirections,or,inthecaseofrotationoftheworkpiece,bytheaxialandradialrunout. NOTE Runoutaccuracyisalsoafunctionofthedeviationoftheactualspotpositionfromthedesired positioninthebeamaxis,referredtotheweldpointontheworkpiecesurface,insofarasthisdeviationis duetothepositioningdevices.

26、 Therunoutofeachindividualaxisshallbemeasuredtoprovideaguidetotheoverallrunoutaccuracyof thebeamrelativetothejointaxis. Incaseswhereanumberofaxesoperatetogetherduringwelding,specialmeasurementproceduresshould bespecified. 4Testarrangementandprocedures 4.1General Unlessotherwisespecified,acceptancete

27、stingofrunoutaccuracyisnormallyperformedwithaventedwork chamber. 4.2Scopeofmeasurement Measurementsshallbemadeinallsignificantdirectionsandaxesundertheloadingconditionsspecifiedin6.4of ENISO147441:2000. 4.3Instrumentsandinstructionsfortheiruse Measurementsshallbemadewithinstruments,suchasmechanicali

28、nstruments,opticalinstruments(laser instrument)orinductivedisplacementtransducers,permittingmeasurementstobemadewithanaccuracy correspondingtothelimitingvaluesspecifiedinENISO147441.Theresponsetimeofthemeasurementinstrument shallbecompatiblewiththefeedrateofthepositioningdevice.Page5 ENISO147445:200

29、0 Table1providesrecommendationsoftheapparatusandprocedureswhichmaybeusedwhenmeasuringtherun outaccuracyoftheworktableoroftheelectrongunmovementandtherotatingfixture.Inanycase,the measurementproceduresandlimitdeviationshavetobeagreedandspecified. IncaseswheretheelectrongunmovesinbothXandYdirections,m

30、easurementsintheZdirectionwillalsobe necessaryasthesepermittheparallelismbetweentheXYplaneoftheelectrongunmovementandtheXYplane oftheworktabletobechecked. Inthecaseofrotatingfixturesitshouldalsobenotedthat,incaseswheretherotationalaxisishorizontal,therun outaccuracyisnotonlyinfluencedbythemaximumper
