Round open-top
19、cans for liquid products with added gas defined by their nominal filling volume, previously listed in ISO3004-3,are dealt with in ISO10654. The nominal gross lidded capacities given in this International Standard have been chosen to meet criteria retained in order to reduce the number of standardize
20、d capacities in relation to the former International Standard (ISO3004). These criteria are the following: a) the can size is produced in a quantity of at least100million cans per annum or, in the case of capacitiesW 1062ml,25million cans per annum; b) the can diameter is listed in ISO1361and the ca
21、n size was previously listed in ISO3004; c) the inclusion of the can size has been supported by at least three member bodies of TC52. NOTE 1The can sizes appearing in this International Standard are classified by their construction type in ISO/TR11761. Round can sizes which were previously included
22、in Parts1to6of ISO3004but not given in this International Standard are listed for information in ISO/TR11761:1992, Annex A. 1 Scope This International Standard specifies the nominal gross lidded capacities applicable to round open-top cans having nominal diameters listed in ISO1361, excluding cans f
