Itshouldbenotedthat,besidesdrillingandboringoperations,itmaybepossibletocarryoutlightmilling

19、operationswiththesemachines.However,thispartofISO3686doesnotdealwithjigboringmachinesor machiningcentres. ThispartofISO3686dealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingof themachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoises,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.),northemachine ch

20、aracteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy. ThispartofISO3686providestheterminologyusedfortheprinciplecomponentsofthemachineandindicatesthe designationoftheaxesinaccordancewithISO841. 2 Normativereference Thefollowingnormativedocumentcontainsprovi

29、1. 4.3 Testingsequence ThesequenceinwhichthetestsarepresentedinthispartofISO3686innowaydefinesthepracticalorderof testing.Inordertomakethemountingofinstrumentsorgaugingeasier,testsmaybeperformedinanyorder. 4.4 Teststobeperformed Whentestingamachine,itisnotalwaysnecessarynorpossibletocarryoutallthete

30、stsdescribedinthispartof ISO3686.Whenthetestsarerequiredforacceptancepurposes,itisuptotheusertochoose,inagreementwith thesupplier/manufacturer,thosetestsrelatingtothecomponentsand/orthepropertiesofthemachinewhichareof interest.Thesetestsaretobeclearlystatedwhenorderingamachine. Itshouldbenotedthat,f

31、orturrethead-drillingmachines,allthegeometricteststhatconcerntherotationofthe spindle,i.e.,testsG9,G10,G11andG12,shouldbecarriedoutonallspindles. 4.5 Measuringinstruments Themeasuringinstrumentsindicatedinthetestsdescribedinclauses5and6areexamplesonly.Other instrumentsmeasuringthesamequantitiesandha

32、vingatleastthesameaccuracymaybeused.Dialgaugesshall havearesolutionof0,001mm. 4.6 Minimumtolerance Whenthetoleranceforageometrictestisestablishedforameasuringlengthdifferentfromthatgiveninthispartof ISO3686(see2.311ofISO230-1:1996),itshallbetakenintoconsiderationthattheminimumvalueoftoleranceis 0,00
