18、meter identifies the version number of this SPIFF specification that the file complies. The parameter isdefined as a two-byte integer with the most significant byte containing the major revision number and the leastsignificant byte containing a minor revision number.In order to make this file format
19、 as flexible as possible, a provision has been made that allows new parameter values inthe header of a SPIFF file which are not specified in this Recommendation | International Standard. The value of VERSwill increase when these new parameter values are present. The method of adding these new parame
