Amendment 18 to ISO/IEC 14496-5:2001 was prepared by Joint Technical Committee ISO/IEC JTC 1, Information technology, Subcommittee SC 29, Coding of audio, picture, multimedia and hypermedia information. This Amendment provides reference encoding and decoding software for ISO/IEC 14496-10, Advanced
17、 video coding. Included in this software is support for the professional profiles (including the High10 Intra, High 4:2:2 Intra, High 4:4:4 Intra, CAVLC 4:4:4 Intra, and High 4:4:4 Predictive profiles) as well as support for the previously-existing profiles of ISO/IEC 14496-10 (the Baseline, Main, E
18、xtended, High, High 10, and High 4:2:2 profiles).
