14、g variety of touch and close fasteners exist on the market. They differ by the nature of their raw materials, their construction, the type of gripping elements and in their performance, e.g. shear strength, peel, cycling and cleaning. To ensure that a touch and close fastener of a particular type is
15、 suitable for the consumers end product, the guidelines recommend that different procedures are followed to ensure that the chosen type of attachment is appropriate. CEN/TR 15118:20055 1 Scope This Technical Report describes different methods of integration of touch and close fasteners to the final
16、or finished product, such as: Sewing, mechanical attachment, adhesive pressure sensitive, heat activated, welded attachment, moulding in, straps, non-continous application in various widths, together with the appropriate test method. 2 General Table 1 is divided into four sections: A: characteristic
