3、alled in them, b) that cross-border movement of motor vehicles continues to increase, c) that there are both radio regulatory and customs implications for the temporary importation of land mobile radio equipments, d) that CET Administrations may not be competent to establish customs regulations, e)
4、that considerable administrative work occurs between some CEFT countries to permit the temporary import of land mobile radio equipments even if they are not to be used, recommends in order to reduce the administrative efforts required by CER Administrations. 1. that CER Administrations should take t
5、he necessary radio regulatory measures to enable foreign nationals to carry land mobile radio equipment which is installed in motor vehicles to cross national frontiers without obtaining special permission on condition that it shall not be operated during the short stay or journey, 2. that CEFT Admi
