27、l the National Committees and other member organizations of the CISPR having a special interesttherein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus on the subject dealtwith.2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the Nati
28、onalCommittees and other member organizations of the CISPR in that sense.3) In order to promote international unification, the CISPR expresses the wish that all National Committeesshould adopt the text of the CISPR recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditionswill permit.
29、Any divergence between the CISPR recommendations and the corresponding national rulesshould, as far as possible, be clearly indicated in the latter.The main task of IEC technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Inexceptional circumstances, a technical committee may propose the publ
30、ication of a technicalreport of one of the following types: type 1, when the required support cannot be obtained for the publication of anInternational Standard, despite repeated efforts; type 2, when the subject is still under technical development or where for any otherreason there is the future b
31、ut no immediate possibility of an agreement on an InternationalStandard; type 3, when a technical committee has collected data of a different kind from thatwhich is normally published as an International Standard, for example “state of the art“.Technical reports of types 1 and 2 are subject to revie
32、w within three years of publication todecide whether they can be transformed into International Standards. Technical reports oftype 3 do not necessarily have to be reviewed until the data they provide are considered to beno longer valid or useful.This technical report of type 3 has been prepared by

Les limites des missions dans les bandesdsignes par lUIT pour les appareils ISM constituent une question majeure quil est encorencessaire de rsoudre. Jusqu prsent il na pas t possible dobtenir un acco
36、rd suffisantsur les limites. A titre de compromis, il a t dcid de donner des informations sur lesniveaux typiques. Ces informations sont donnes dans le prsent rapport technique.CISPR 28 IEC:1997 5 INTRODUCTIONIn 1979, the World Administration Radio Conference adopted Resolution 63, which requestedIT
37、U/R in cooperation with CISPR to develop both in-band and out-of-band limits for industrial,scientific and medical (ISM) equipment. Limits for emission within the bands designated by theITU for ISM equipment is one major area that still needs to be resolved. It has so far beenimpossible to get suffi
38、cient support for limits. As a compromise, it was agreed to give data on“typical levels“. These frequencies are listed in table 1.Typical levels of radiation which may be encountered within the bands, measured inaccordance with clauses
45、9 and 10 of CISPR 11, are included in table 1 for guidance for radioplanning purposes. For frequencies up to 2,5 GHz, the levels relate to a distance of 30 m fromthe ISM installation.
