38、on systems having nominal voltages of 5000 V and less and having a maximum temperature rating of 90 C in both dry and wet locations.1.2 In this Standard, “shall” is used to express a requirement, i.e., a provision that the user is obliged to satisfy in order to comply with the standard; “should” is
