2、密閉容器內所釋出之蒸氣，經與空氣混合其量達到會被引燃之溫度。 3. 一般事項 3.1 概說：國際間已有某些標準機構對不同產品制定閃點之閉杯測定法 （參閱表 1） ，如國際標準組織（ ISO） 、歐洲標準化委員會（ CEN） 、美國材料試驗學會（ ASTM）或國家團體如法 國標準協會（ ANFOR）、英國標準協會（ BSI）、英國石油協會（ IP）、德國標準協會（ DIN）等，這些標準皆與精油閃點試驗有關，有些方法應用範圍甚至重疊。試驗用杯如： Abel、 AbelPensky、 Pensky、 PenskyMartens、 Tag、 Staflash、和 Luchaire。其 中 ISO 36
3、79及 ISO 3680 所用的 Staflash杯特別適合測試少量產品。另外在 ISO 1523及 ISO 1516 中規定上述試驗杯的使用限制。對於選擇閃點試驗標準，歐盟團體有特別規定（參閱表 1）。 3.2 平衡法：參閱 ISO 1516、 ISO 3680、 ISO 1523 及 ISO 3679。 3.3 非平衡法：方法敘述如下： BS 2000170、 NF M 07011 及 NF T 66009 使用 Abel 設備 EN 57、 DIN 51755 及 NF M 07036 使用 AbelPensky 設備 ASTM D 56 及 ISO 2719 使用 Tag 設備 ISO
4、 2719、 DIN 52758、 ASTM D 9385（ 87）、 BS EN 22719 及 NF M 07019使用 PenskyMartens 設備 4. 設備比較：在應用上，這些設備市面上都有供應。 (1) Abel 或 AbelPensky 設備：測量時不用攪拌，溫度適用於約 65 以下。 (2) PenskyMartens 設備：測量時要攪拌，溫度適用於約 50 以上。 (3) Staflash 設備：測量時不用攪拌，溫度適用於常溫至約 110 。 (4) Luchaire 設備：測量時要攪拌，溫度適用於常溫至約 150 。 5. 試驗方法 5.1 樣品準備：參閱 CNS 65

9、閃點：於 101,325 kPa 壓力，在試驗法所規定條件下，測試液體在一密閉容器內所釋出蒸氣，經與空氣混合其量達到會被引 燃之溫度。此溫度定義為它的閃點。 單位： t = T 273.15 式中， t：單位 T：單位 K A3. 參比 物質 ： 檢驗新試樣時，必須預先以參比物質定期校正。參比物質試驗結果可與其他方法比對。 A4. 方法 原理 ：將樣品置於試驗容器 中，慢慢加熱至所釋出蒸氣經與空氣混合其量達到可以被點燃。 A5. 品質 準則 A5.1 再現性：閃點的再現性視閃點範圍及所用試驗方法而定；最大為 2 。 A5.2 靈敏度：靈敏度視所用方法而定。 A5.3 專一性：所用方法的專一性只
10、限於閃點的 範圍，並與物質的數據有關（如高黏度）。 A6. 操作步驟 A6.1 準備：試驗樣品放置在試驗設備中，參閱附錄 A 第 A6.3.1 節及 /或第 A6.3.2 節。 A6.2 試驗條件：設備最好遠離通風口。 A6.3 試驗步驟 A6.3.1 平衡法：參閱 ISO 1516、 ISO 3680、 ISO 1523 及 ISO 3679。 A6.3.2 非平衡法 Abel 設備：參閱 BS 2000 Part 170、 NF M 07 011 及 NF T 66 009。 Abel Pensky 設備：參閱 EN 57、 DIN 51755 Part 1（溫度在 5 至 65 之間），
11、 DIN 51755 Part 2（溫度在 5 以下）及 NF M 07036。 Tag 設備：參閱 ASTM D 56 及 ISO 2719。 Pensky Martens 設 備：參 閱 ISO 2719、 DIN 51758、 ASTM D 93、 BS 200 34 及 NF M 07 019。 A6.3.3 說明：閃點的測定如用非平衡法（參閱第 A6.3.2 節），如有下列的值：02 、 212 ， 552 ，就應該用同一設備以平衡法來確認。僅有可獲得閃點的方法 才可以在通知書上說明。測定含有溶劑的黏稠液體（如油漆、膠等） 的閃點，只可用測定黏稠液體的設備及方法。參閱 ISO 367
