Previous editions DIN 1469: 1966-09, 1978-11, 2011-02 DIN 1469:2012-05 4 1 Scope This standard applies to grooved pins, half-length grooved with gorge (press-fit fas
8、teners) used for holding retaining rings, retaining washers, springs, etc., the pin being seated firmly in a drilled hole of appropriate size. Such pins have a nominal diameter d1of 1,5 mm to 25 mm. A distinction is made between pins of type A (with slot for retaining rings as in DIN 471), type B (w
9、ith slot for retaining washers as in DIN 6799) and type C (with rounded slot). NOTE Tolerance class H11 is recommended for the hole into which the pin is to be inserted (see DIN EN ISO 8750). 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this docu

Unless otherwise specified, general tolerances shall be class m tolerances as in ISO 2768-1. Commercial lengths of grooved pins are those given in the zone between the
14、stepped lines. Intermediate lengths are permitted but should be avoided if possible. aThe grooving angle 70 3 and the expanded diameter d2apply only to grooved pins made of free-cutting steel (St).
