6、2008-01 and DIN 14811/A1:2012-03 has been prepared by the DIN-Normenausschuss Feuerwehrwesen (FNFW) (DIN Standards Committee Firefighting and Fire Protection), Working Committee NA 031-04-04 AA Schluche und Armaturen (SpA zu CEN/TC 192/WG 1 und WG 8). Hoses as in this standard serve to convey fire e
7、xtinguishing media. When empty, such hoses can be rolled or folded flat. This second revision of DIN 14811 was necessary to bring the standard up to the current state of technology. The most important change is the subdivision of class 1 (uncovered hose) C and B hoses into three performance levels L
8、1, L2 and L3 with regard to abrasion resistance. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. 9、-01 and DIN 14811/A1:2012-03 has been modified as follows: 1 Amendments in Clause 4 “Classification” In 4.2 an additional NOTE has been added regarding the the subdivision of class 1 (uncovered hose) C and B hoses into three performance levels L1, L2 and L3 with regard to abrasion resistance accordi
10、ng to 6.4.1, with 4.2 replaced as follows: “4.2 Class 1 (uncovered hose) Class 1 hoses shall consist of: a) an impermeable rubber or plastics lining; b) a synthetic fibre jacket of polyester and/or polyamide. NOTE 1 Class 1 hoses can be dyed or pigmented. NOTE 2 Class 1, C and B hoses are subdivided

For hoses with a diameter 75 mm not including conductive hoses the wire used for binding shall be stainless steel wire (VA) and have a diameter of 1,6 mm to 1,8 mm.” 3 Amendments in 5.3.2.3 “Binding means” At the end of the subclause the f
13、ollowing paragraph has been added: “For the performance level L1 according to 6.4.1, an impact and abrasion shield can be attached to the coupling binding. For the performance levels L2 and L3 according to 6.4.1, an impact and abrasion shield shall be attached to the coupling binding.” 4 Amendments
