2、of a knuckle thread of nominal screw thread diameter d = 80 mm and pitch h = 10 mm: Rd 80 x 10 DIN 15403 The thread profile corresponds to the thread profile in DIN 20400. Before the threads are cut, the lifting hook shank must be manufactured with the diameters d and dl and with the tolerance zone
3、cl 1, and the lifting hook nut with the diameters D and Dl and with the tolerance zone Cl 1. To accom- modate the diameters dl and D, correspondingly toleranced extensions must be provided on the hook shank or on the hook nut. The machining of the knuckle thread on the lifting hook shank and nut mus
4、t be carried out at the same pitch setting and with the same shaping tool. Included angle deviations and pitch deviations must be the same on the lifting hook shanl thread as they are on the nut thread. Interchangeability of lifting hook nuts is not mandatory. The flank faces of the screw thread mus
5、t present a uniform contact image in the unloaded state. The load-carrying portion of the flank face! of the screw thread must amount to at least 50% of the surface. The screw thread runout must be machined without serrations or notches. It must be possible to screw on the lifting hook nut without effort. 1) The tolerance of the effective diameter is checked via the axial clearance of the threads after the nut has been screwed onto the shank.
