NOTE DIN EN 13964 applies for tolerances for

23、 suspended ceilings. 24、2114. 4.2.6 Compressive strength If compliance with requirements relating to compressive strength is required, the determination shall be according to DIN EN 826 at 10 % strain (10). DIN 18177:2012-11 15 4.2.7 Point load If compliance with requirements relating to point loads on impact sound insulat

25、ion is required, Fpwith 5 mm deformation shall be determined according to DIN EN 12430 and stated in increments of 50 N. If compliance with requirements relating to point loads on ceiling boards is required, the determination shall be according to DIN EN 13964. 4.2.8 Thermal resistance and thermal c

26、onductivity If compliance with requirements relating to thermal resistance and/or thermal conductivity is required, the determination shall be according to DIN EN 12667 or DIN EN 12939. 4.2.9 Acoustics 4.2.9.1 Laboratory measurement of sound absorption If compliance with requirements relating to sou

27、nd absorption is required, this shall be determined according to DIN EN ISO 354 in a reverberation room in conditions appropriate to the application. The sound absorption shall be rated and given as Pand waccording to DIN EN ISO 11654. NOTE Sound absorption is a characteristic of the application and

28、 system and not of the individual product. 4.2.9.2 Laboratory measurement of airborne sound insulation If compliance with requirements relating to the reduction of airborne sound insulation in the vertical direction is required, measurement shall be according to DIN EN ISO 10140-1 in a laboratory an

29、d the measurements stated and evaluated according to DIN EN ISO 717-1. NOTE Airborne sound insulation is a characteristic of the assembled system and not of the individual product. 4.2.9.3 Laboratory measurement of impact sound reduction If compliance with requirements relating to impact sound reduc

30、tion is required, this shall be measured in a laboratory according to DIN EN ISO 10140-1 and stated and evaluated according to DIN EN ISO 10140-1 and DIN EN ISO 717-2. NOTE Impact sound insulation is a characteristic of the assembled system and not of the individual product. 4.2.9.4 Laboratory measu

31、rement of sound attenuation If compliance with requirements relating to sound attenuation is required, measurement shall be carried out according to DIN EN ISO 10848 series in a laboratory and stated and evaluated according to DIN EN ISO 717-1. NOTE Sound attenuation is a characteristic of the assem

32、bled system and not of the individual product. 4.2.9.5 Acoustic airflow resistance If compliance with requirements relating to acoustic airflow resistance is required, this shall be determined according to DIN EN 29053. 4.2.10 Dimensional stability under specified temperature and humidity conditions

33、 If compliance with requirements relating to dimensional stability (length, width, thickness) is required, the variations under specified temperature and humidity conditions shall be determined according to DIN EN 1604 and 5.11. DIN 18177:2012-11 16 4.2.11 Deflection If compliance with requirements

34、relating to deflection (f) is required, the deviation of the length and width of the board from the horizontal shall be determined according to 5.19. The deflection shall be less than or equal to the free span in the longitudinal direction ( l/300), see Figure 3. Key 1 Front side Figure 3 Deflection

35、 5 Test methods 5.1 Determination of width 5.1.1 Apparatus To measure the tolerances according to Table 1, a measuring table or measuring gauge with an accuracy of 0,1 mm is to be used. To measure the tolerances according to Table 2, a measuring table, micrometer, dial gauge or measuring gauge with

36、an accuracy of 0,05 mm is to be used. 5.1.2 Procedure The width shall be determined in two (board) or three (plank) measurements (w1, w2etc.) between the extremities of the board (see Figure 5 and Figure 6) to the nearest 0,1 mm. 5.1.3 Expression of results Each measured value shall be recorded with

37、 the required accuracy. Measurements in accordance with Table 1 shall be determined to one decimal place and compared with the tolerances in Table 1. Measurements in accordance with Table 2 shall be rounded to the nearest decimal place and compared with the tolerances in Table 2. 5.2 Determination o

38、f length 5.2.1 Apparatus To measure the tolerances according to Table 1, a measuring table or measuring gauge with an accuracy of 0,1 mm is to be used. To measure the tolerances according to Table 2, a measuring table, micrometer, dial gauge or measuring gauge with an accuracy of 0,05 mm is to be us

39、ed. DIN 18177:2012-11 17 5.2.2 Procedure The length shall be determined in two measurements (l1, l2etc.) between the extremities of the board (see Figure 5 and Figure 6) to the nearest 0,1 mm. 5.2.3 Expression of results Each measured value shall be recorded with the required accuracy. Measurements

40、in accordance with Table 1 shall be determined to one decimal place and compared with the tolerances in Table 1. Measurements in accordance with Table 2 shall be rounded to the nearest decimal place and compared with the tolerances in Table 2. Figure 4 Determination of length and width Board Figure

41、5 Determination of length and width Plank 5.3 Determination of thickness 5.3.1 Apparatus A micrometer, dial gauge or measuring gauge with an anvil diameter of at least 10 mm and with an accuracy of 0,1 mm is to be used. 5.3.2 Procedure The thickness shall be measured in four measurements at all four

42、 corners of the board, approximately 25 mm from the edge and to the nearest 0,1 mm. DIN 18177:2012-11 18 5.3.3 Expression of results Each measured value shall be recorded to the required accuracy. The average of all values shall be rounded to the nearest decimal place and shall be compared with the

43、tolerances in Table 1. 5.4 Determination of density 5.4.1 Apparatus A balance with a maximum permissible error of 0,01 kg, and a measuring tape or measuring gauge with a maximum permissible error of 1,0 mm are to be used. 5.4.2 Procedure The density shall be determined on a test specimen. The test s

44、pecimen shall be cut a minimum size of 100 mm 100 mm with all sides right angles (quadratic prism) out of the mineral board at a distance of more than 100 mm from the edge of the board. Its length, width and thickness shall be determined according to 5.1.2, 5.2.2 and 5.3.2. The mass of the test spec

45、imen shall be determined using a balance to the nearest 0,01 kg. The density shall be determined according to 5.4.3. 5.4.3 Expression of results The density of the board () shall be determined as = m/V (quotient of mass (m) and volume (V), tblV = ). 5.5 Determination of angularity 5.5.1 Apparatus A

46、set square with a maximum permissible error of 0,01 mm and 90 angle is to be used. A measuring tape or measuring gauge with a maximum permissible error of 1,0 mm is to be used. 5.5.2 Procedure The deviation from the stated angle shall be determined by determining the angle , see Figure 8. By rotatin

47、g the board 180 about its transverse axis, the opposite board edge can be checked in the same way. For planks with the special case of nominal angle of 90 that cannot be tested with an angle measurement table, determination without measurement table shall proceed as follows: The length and width of

48、the mineral board shall be determined according to 5.1, 5.2 and Figure 6. No test result shall exceed the corresponding tolerances. The length of both diagonals shall be measured to the nearest 1,0 mm. The results of the determination of angularity shall be converted to degrees and compared with the tolerances for angularity in Table 1. 5.6 Determination of
