Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form
13、part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Depths and types of foundation of structures likely to be affected by ground water lowering operations. 0.1.2 Proposed measures to establish the
14、 original condition of structures and other installations affected by the operations prior to starting work. 0.1.3 Types, design, location, number and constructional details of wells, drainage elements, groundwater gauging stations and the like. 0.1.4 Form of excavations. 0.1.5 Geological and hydrol
15、ogical data in the zone affected by the operations. Properties of the water. DIN 18305:2016-09 4 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Objectives and scope of ground water lowering, technique to be used, drawdown levels and size of zone affected by the operations. 0.2.2 Hydrostatic water level and
16、levels to which ground water lowering is to be effected, delivery rate of pumps and maximum permissible quantities of water to be pumped per unit time. 0.2.3 Permissible maximum drawdown levels where ground water lowering is effected by infiltration. 0.2.4 Any required permissions and licences and e

DIN 18305:2016-09 6 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with the ins
31、tallation, removal and operation of, and alterations to, ground water lowering systems where the water is discharged by way of open conduits or pipes. 1.2 This standard does not cover earthwork (see DIN 18300), drilling operations (see DIN 18301), the sinking of boreholes (see DIN 18302), or land dr
32、ainage and infiltration management (see DIN 18308). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18305 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components No details are required supplementary to those given in DIN
33、18299, clause 2. 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 General 3.1.1 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: any inadequate location of wells, any risk of hydraulic ground heave,
34、any risk of parts of the structure uplifting or subsiding or of any excessive drawdown harmful to neighbouring properties. 3.1.2 The contractor shall provide all technical documentation required to obtain official approval for the operation of the dewatering system and for the discharge of the pumpe
35、d water. 3.1.3 The client shall be notified without delay of any ground or water conditions that differ from those declared in the specification of works. The necessary work shall be agreed between client and contractor. The work involved counts as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.1.4 If the
36、risk of any harmful rise of ground water level or of hydraulic ground heave becomes evident during the work, the contractor shall immediately take any action necessary to prevent damage, and notify the client. Any further action required to prevent or repair damage shall be agreed between client and
37、 contractor. The action taken and the ensuing work count as special tasks (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.1.5 The client shall be notified immediately of any damage that may be due to the ground water lowering operations. DIN 18305:2016-09 7 3.2 Design of ground water lowering system 3.2.1 The contractor s
38、hall design the ground water lowering system (scope, efficiency, output and safety) to suit the particular application, taking into account any information and documentation of the client regarding the local hydrological and geological conditions. Upon request, the contractor shall provide proof tha
39、t the system is adequately designed by providing information on, in particular: its general layout, the location of sumps, drainage elements or wells (with details of type, location, elevation and depth), the siting of pumps and their capacity, the type of energy used and the energy requirement, the
40、 routing, size and length of pipes, the type of monitoring and documentation, the proposed safety features (e.g. emergency power supplies, back-up pumps, emergency call-out service, alarm systems). Subsequent significant deviations from these specifications are only permitted with the clients consen
41、t. 3.2.2 If provision of a back-up system has been agreed, this shall be kept ready in such a way that operation can continue without any detrimental interruption. 3.3 Pumping and removal of water 3.3.1 The quantity of water pumped and its soil particles content shall be established. The pumped wate
42、r shall be checked visually and by its odour. The findings shall be documented. Any further tests count as special tasks (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.3.2 If springs are encountered, the method used to tap them and to remove water shall be agreed. The necessary work counts as a special task (see subclaus
43、e 4.2.1). 3.4 Rise in water level 3.4.1 Once the water level has been lowered, the contractor shall not allow it to rise again, except with the clients consent. 3.4.2 Any measures agreed against an unscheduled rise in water level shall be prepared so that they can be put into immediate action when r
44、equired. The client shall be notified without delay of any circumstances liable to involve a dangerous rise in water level. The necessary work shall be agreed between DIN 18305:2016-09 8 client and contractor. Unless the contractor is at fault, the work involved counts as a special task (see subclau
45、se 4.2.1). 4 Associated tasks and special tasks 4.1 In addition to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 4.1, in particular the following also count as associated tasks: 4.1.1 Establishing the condition of roads, of the ground surface, of receiving waters, etc., in accordance with VOB/B (DIN 1961)
46、, 3, clause 4. 4.1.2 Monitoring and recording the ground water level on site. 4.1.3 Testing the performance of the ground water lowering system, except for work specified under subclause 4.2.11. 4.2 In addition to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 4.2, the following also count as special tasks
47、: 4.2.1 The special tasks in accordance with subclauses 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.3.1, 3.3.2 and 3.4.2. 4.2.2 Ground and water investigations and hydrological surveys. 4.2.3 Provision, installation, operation and removal of water meters and water quality meters. 4.2.4 Provision, installation, operation and re
48、moval of automatic data acquisition systems, and recording of data. 4.2.5 Provision, installation and removal of ground water gauging stations. 4.2.6 Monitoring and recording the ground water level outside the site. 4.2.7 Preparation of receiving water and reinstating it to its original condition. 4
